To meet the needs of today’s advisors and modernize the user experience for current and prospective students, The American College of Financial Services has completely transformed its digital presence.
Our new digital campus creates a modern student experience and makes earning, and maintaining, a professional designation with The College better than ever.
The digital transformation includes new and revamped online resources, a completely redesigned website, new student portal, and an online enrollment system that creates a simple user experience on all devices.
"The new website design is the most immediately noticeable upgrade to our online presence," says Jack Hondros, Chief Marketing Officer. "The site’s updated design is clean, open, and refreshing. The site is now much more streamlined – it's easier to navigate and quickly find the information you’re looking for. Our web development team has made the site responsive; this means that you’ll have a consistent and enjoyable user experience whether you’re visiting the site from your laptop, desktop or mobile device."
The website will serve not only as a showcase for The College’s professional designations and degrees, but also as a hub for information and thought leadership in the financial services profession. Practitioners and consumers alike will be able to find current, actionable information and useful takeaways from the digital resources made available on the website. A centralized (and personalized) student resource center, My Portal, will enable students to track course and program progress, maintain their student profile, access study materials and interact with classmates and professors.
Robert R. Johnson, former President and CEO of The College, said this online transformation is a “significant leap forward” that will position The College to better serve students, consumers, and the profession in the digital age.
“The digital transformation of The College represents a renewed commitment to our current and future students,” Johnson said. “Our distinguished faculty of financial services experts, working together with our course delivery and instructional design teams, are leading the way in online financial services education. Our new online resources will help students access these great learning tools.”
